M7 Aerospace Names Charles C. Miller VP – Government Business Development
San Antonio, Texas – M7 Aerospace has named Charles C. (Chuck) Miller to the position of Vice President – Government Business Development, with responsibility for expanding M7’s government logistics support business activity. M7 currently has contracts with the U.S. government to support fleets of C-20 and C-23 aircraft.

Miller assumes many of the duties of Harold J.M. (Mac) Williams, who has elected to retire on March 31, 2008, the fifth anniversary of his employment with the company. Williams served as president and CEO of M7 for three years and as vice chairman of the company for the past two years.
Miller brings more than 30 years of commercial and military aircraft operations management experience to his new position. Most recently he was Vice President and Program Director for DynCorp International’s contract with the Department of State for the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) program. Miller managed more than 1,200 employees operating a fleet of more than 150 fixed and rotary wing aircraft in locations including Florida, New Mexico, Columbia, Peru, Bolivia, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
He previously held other senior executive positions with DynCorp International, with responsibility for various government programs involving aircraft maintenance and logistics support, operations and safety. He served 20 years in aviation-related duty with the U.S. Army.
Miller holds a BS in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Rotary Wing Pilot Qualification Course, the Army Rotary Wing Maintenance Qualification Course, the Army Aviation Safety Officers Course with the University of Southern California, the FAA Academy’s Fundamental and Advanced Aircraft Accident Investigation Courses, and numerous other Army schools related to flight operations and safety.
M7 Aerospace is active in five business lines, including government logistics support programs; aerostructures manufacturing; maintenance, repair & overhaul; aircraft parts sales and product support, and aeronautical engineering services.

M7 Aerospace Names Todd P. Lazar Vice President – Quality Assurance
San Antonio, Texas – M7 Aerospace has promoted Todd P. Lazar to the position of Vice President – Quality Assurance, with responsibility for maintaining quality standards in all five of the company’s business units.

Lazar, who has been Director – Quality Assurance for M7 since the company’s inception in April 2003, brings more than 20 years of experience in aerospace quality management to his new position. He had previously worked with Fairchild Dornier, an M7 predecessor company, and spent more than 13 years in quality control positions with General Dynamics, Lockheed, and Lockheed Martin on programs including the F-16, F-22, and F-35.
“Todd Lazar has played a critical role in achieving M7’s outstanding reputation for quality,” said President and CEO Ron Frederick. “I’m pleased to recognize his accomplishments.”
Lazar holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Technology – Manufacturing Systems from the University of Houston and has done advanced studies in Quality and Productivity at the University of North Texas.
